All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the digital file has been delivered.
Why We Have This Policy
Our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the file can be accessed, downloaded, and used immediately, we are unable to "return" a digital product the way you would a physical item.
What You Receive
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital download. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.
Exceptions
We will consider a resolution on a case-by-case basis only in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- Your file was corrupted, incomplete, or failed to download after multiple attempts
- You received a file that is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
To report any of the above issues, contact us at rescuemepdf@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
No Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy and waive the right to dispute the charge with your bank or credit card provider except in cases of unauthorized use of your payment method.
